Advanced EFT Tango Workshop:

Working with Walls, Blocks and Defenses in move 4 of the Tango

Presenter: Sharon Chatkupt Lee, PsyD, EFT trainer and supervisor, Director, Portland Center for EFT

Friday, May 7, 2021
10 am - 5 pm (PDT) Online  - $175

This workshop by Sharon Chatkupt Lee, EFT trainer and supervisor and director of the Portland Center for EFT is both a stand-alone training and a deepening for those who attended her first workshop in February.  What happens when you set up a beautiful tango and it all goes sideways? How can we show up with grace and openness in moments when the unexpected happens? What about those moments where we feel really stuck? How do you understand client walls, blocks and defenses and work with them without getting stuck? What gets in your way? We will be focusing more on move 4 as a place where we can explore and deepen our work even when we think it has gone sideways. In this interactional workshop, Sharon will use her extensive experience as well as tape of her own work and that of other therapists. There will be opportunities for participants to practice in small break- out groups. We are in for a treat as Sharon helps us improve and deepen our EFT work.

Target audience: Therapists that have been through Core Skills, especially when Stages were emphasized more than the Tango as well as therapists familiar with the Tango who want to continue to improve their work.
